Chinyere is the visionary behind SI. He co-founded SI to provide sustainable solutions to revitalize the Niger Delta. His Nigerian roots have made SI’s mission a personal one. Chinyere comes to SI from The Boston Consulting Group and The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania. Chinyere also has a background in theater, film and television – he’s a former MTV VJ. The meshing of his business and creative backgrounds is at the heart of SI.
Vice President of Business Development
Julie loves to build things. She leads our business development efforts with a focus on scale. Julie has a knack for identifying opportunities of growth and capitalizing on them. She comes to SI from Facebook, where she works on an operational team focused on scaling products to media organizations and public figures.
Stanley has a background in the Geosciences and has worked with the oil service giant Schlumberger for over 8 years in various technical and business capacities including championing new technology business development across 20+ countries in Europe and Africa. He joins the SI development team with a core interest around sustainable energy development, climate change, and environmental remediation from oil pollution and other human practices.
Amara handles our customer engagement, partnership building, and strategy analysis. She is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Global Policy Studies at the University of Texas at Austin. She specializes in International Trade, Finance & Development, and is also a United States National Academy of Engineering Grand Challenge Scholar. Amara has successfully worked on sustainability-driven initiatives with companies such as ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, among others, and brings stellar critical thinking skills to SI.
Digital Marketing & Outreach Director
Julia guides our digital marketing efforts with focuses on awareness, outreach, community, and system efficiency. Julia comes to SI from Merkle Inc., where she managed her operating group’s corporate marketing function and led marketing efforts end-to-end from new processes and idea formulation to campaign execution. Her background includes digital marketing, communications, marketing strategy, and event planning.
Chichi has a background in Business Strategy and Project Management. She manages remote teams in Software Development, Website Development, and Technology Integration. She is also a co-founder of an African Products only e-commerce platform called Omaqa and is involved with other Tech projects. With an interest in Sustainability, she's here to make sure all SI projects are moving along well.
Nina is a media student at NYU who has a strong passion for using journalism and digital communication to bridge distant communities together. She has worked with nonprofits that advocate for mental health and at-risk communities, and her coursework focuses on issues of representation and visibility.
